Animals at Play Fun Day

Hip, hip, hooray! Animals at play! Visit the Museum during the Animals at Play Fun Day to learn how different animals express themselves in play. See if you are faster than a fish crow, play with some of the favorite Day of Play games, and enjoy a craft. Bricks & Minifigs Huntsville will be joining us to provide loose LEGO® bricks for guests to build enrichment items for the Museum’s live animals. Author Abby Markus will be onsite with a portable bee observational hive and sharing fun facts about honey bees from her book.

October 10 is also Scout Day at the Cook Museum. Scouts in uniform (or scouting t-shirts) get special pricing on admission tickets for themselves and their families (onsite only)!

Portable Honey Bee Observation Hive Station: 10 am – 2 pm
