“Ologies” After-School Program: Geology (study of the Earth)

When: Wednesday, October 7, 2020 from 3:45 – 4:45 pm
Cost: $12 (+ tax) per student
Maximum: 15 students
Grade Level: 3rd – 5th Grade
Dig into a hands-on investigation of Earth’s composition! Fashion a 3-D clay model of the Earth’s layers, model tectonic plate movement, and discover the various forms of surface landscaping that dynamically shape the planet. Learn about the specialized tools that geologists use and examine rock samples that typify the main types of rocks.
