Grades K – 2: Engineering 101
9:30 am, 11 am, & 1 pm
$14 (+ tax) per participant, per class

In this class, you will become an engineer for the day! Come join us and observe and design simple machines such as pulleys, levers, and inclined planes.

Grades 3 – 6: Energy Explorers: Solar Energy
9:30 am, 11 am, & 1 pm
$14 (+ tax) per participant, per class

Come design and build a way to harness the natural energy around us. Students will explore the importance of the Sun and its energy. Students will learn to harness it by building a solar oven!

Grades 7 – 12: Explore the Electromagnetic Spectrum
9:30 am & 11 am
$14 (+ tax) per participant, per class

In this shocking and interactive program, participants will work with the concept of electromagnetism! First, explore and experiment with electricity and magnetism, then review and learn concepts that help with the understanding of electromagnetism. Finally, utilize engineering, magnetic fields, and electric currents to build an electromagnet!
