Geologist for a Day Camp

Thursdays, June 26 OR July 31 from 8:30 am – 1 pm
$125 (+ tax) per participant, per date, $15 Member discount
For Ages 8 – 11

Spend a day as a geologist and discover more about rocks, minerals, and gems. Take a behind the scenes look at the Cook Museum Mining Co. and sluice out your own minerals. Participants will learn how to classify rocks and minerals and build a take-home mini sluice screen to keep exploring the world of geology. Snack, lunch, drawstring backpack, and a gemstone mix mining bag included.
