K – 2nd Grade: Amazing Animals – Invertebrates
9:30 – 10:30 am, 11 am – Noon, or 1 – 2 pm
$12 (+ tax) per participant, per class

Did you know that over 95% of all animals don’t have a backbone? Discover how scientists classify animals and explore some of the major types of invertebrates such as snails, jellyfish, sea stars, and more!

3rd – 6th Grade: Soil Sleuths
9:30 – 10:30 am, 11 am – Noon, or 1 – 2 pm

There’s a lot to learn about dirt! Investigate several different types of soil with test kits to discover what the ground under our feet is made of.

7th – 12th Grade: Annelid Anatomy – Dissection
9:30 – 10:30 am or 11 am – Noon
$24 (+ tax) per participant, per class

While worms may not seem like much at first glance, they are an incredibly important part of the natural world around us. Not only are they incredible biological recyclers, but they also act as a vital food source for a variety of different animals. Explore the characteristics of annelids and learn about their anatomy by viewing specimens up-close and by performing a dissection!
