SOLD OUT: K – 2nd Grade: Fungus Among Us
Mushrooms and lichens and mold, oh my! In this class, you get to put the fun in fungus by thinking like scientists as you observe real fungus specimens.
SOLD OUT: 3rd – 6th Grade: A Slice of Earth
Journey deep underground and learn about the layers of the Earth and how they impact life on the surface. You will also learn how to use the magnetic field to direct a compass. Students take home a model of the Earth’s layers from crust to core.
7th – 12th Grade: Kingdoms: A Pond Water Study
Come dive deeper into taxonomic groups by examining pond water and moss before sorting the living things you find into different kingdoms, such as protists, fungi, plants, and animals.
