Museum Store Holiday Open House
Thursday, November 13 – Saturday, November 15
Kick-off your holiday season with a festive shopping experience at the Museum Store Holiday Open House! Shop for family and friends of all ages and leave the complimentary gift wrapping to us. No Exhibits ticket required to browse the Museum Store.
On Thursday, November 13, Tennessee Valley Pecan Company owner, Libby Britt, will join us in the Museum Store from 11 am until 1 pm to offer pecan samples as well as samples of their Bushytail Coffees.
On Saturday, November 15, local author and entertainer, Betty Sims, will join us in the Museum Store from 11 am until 1 pm to sign copies of her “Southern Scrumptious” cookbooks and offer tastes of the delicious recipes featured in her books.
During Day of Play on Saturday, November 15, there will be a special Slime Station where visitors can customize their slime by choosing the color, scent, and charms (purchase required, while supplies last).
Museum Members will enjoy a Double Discount on their purchases (20% off instead of the usual 10%) in the Museum Store (Thursday – Saturday) and at Nature’s Table (Saturday Only).
