Grades K – 2: Glorious Gases
9:30 am, 11 am, & 1 pm
$14 (+ tax) per participant, per class
Join us for science experiments and hands-on activities that will show that gases are a blast!
Grades 3 – 6: STEM Mission: Egg Crash Cars
9:30 am, 11 am, & 1 pm
$14 (+ tax) per participant, per class
In this highly engaging, hands-on class, look deeper into the structure of plants, birds, and mammals to see amazing designs for shock absorption in the natural world. Students will use these principles in constructing a vehicle that is fast, safe, and protects its cargo, a raw egg. Participants will test their vehicle designs against other groups in the class.
Grades 7 – 12: Something in the Air
9:30 am & 11 am

Explore how atmospheric conditions determine Earth’s surface weather. Discover how natural phenomena such as flight and migration are related to atmospheric conditions.
